At Alighieri, they believe in creating forever heirlooms. This piece is crafted in Italy by the brand's small, family-run manufacturer - every step of the process is driven by human beings and their stories.

“As a child, I had a very extensive shell collection. I used to use the larger varieties to hold my treasures. I was inspired to bring this to life in our signature molten gold, bringing light to the table, and a touch of innocence to my day.” - Rosh Mahtani, founder.

Alighieri is a collection of jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’; each piece corresponds to one of the poet’s 100 poems. Founded by Rosh Mahtani in 2014 with the intention of creating "Modern heirlooms that celebrate the beauty of human imperfection", every piece is handcrafted in London's Hatton Garden by a family-run business through the process of lost-wax casting.
