'The Gaze of the Moon Necklace' is set within Alighieri’s signature molten gold lexicon to and features a moonstone gemstone and a sun-carved round pendant. Both pendants can be worn together, as pictured, or separate.

A textured eye sits along a clairvoyant moonstone as an invitation to explore the world through the gaze of childhood. The Gaze of the Moon Necklace is inspired by founder Rosh Mahtani's early childhood days in Africa. Her days were spent collecting shells, playing barefoot in the rain, and finding stories within the rocks. The collection, “After the rain falls…” is a collection of innocence and creativity. The molten eye looks to the bewitching moonstone, exploring its myriad of secret meanings. Carry the Gaze of the Moon Necklace with you, to bring an innocent light to your daily adventures.

Set in Alighieri’s signature 24 karat molten gold-plated bronze, each moonstone gemstone is completely unique, so they may vary in colour and shape.

Handcrafted in London from 24ct gold plated bronze and a moonstone gemstone from Madagascar and India with adjustable gold filled chain.

Alighieri is a collection of jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’; each piece corresponds to one of the poet’s 100 poems. Founded by Rosh Matani in 2014 with the intention of creating "Modern heirlooms that celebrate the beauty of human imperfection", every piece is handcrafted in London's Hatton Garden by a family-run business through the process of lost-wax casting.
