A souvenir of seaside adventures, scuttling crabs and the endless ocean, the Gilded Crustacean Hoops are created to illuminate the path ahead, fuelled by memories of days gone by. In Dante’s “Divine Comedy”, it is forbidden to move up the mountain of Purgatory during the night hours - time must be made for rest. Wear the Gilded Crustaceans to remind you to take time for the lightness of play.

Alighieri is a collection of jewellery inspired by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’; each piece corresponds to one of the poet’s 100 poems. Founded by Rosh Matani in 2014 with the intention of creating "Modern heirlooms that celebrate the beauty of human imperfection", every piece is handcrafted in London's Hatton Garden by a family-run business through the process of lost-wax casting.
